Their is two type of Electronic Component 
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कंपोनेंट्स दो प्रकार के होते है 


Normal components 

Normal कंपोनेंट्स  PCB पर mount होते है पर soldering surface के नीचे होती है

इनको निकलने के लिए आयरन Soldering IRON के जरुरुत होती है 

SMD Components 

इसे surface mount device कहते है | वह कॉम्पोनेन्ट 
जो surface के उपर डायरेक्ट mount होता है SMD components होता है 

इसको निकलने के लिए SMD मशीन का यूज़ करना पड़ता है 

Normal components - 

Resistor - Work /Type /Testing 
Capacitor - Work /Type /Testing 
Diode- Work /Type /Testing 
Transistor - Work /Type /Testing 
Coil - Work /Type /Testing 
Mosfet- Work /Type /Testing

How to Check Mosfet With Digital Multimeter 

मल्टीमीटर से mosfet जो कैसे चेक करे 

Step -1 

Set your Multimeter on Beep / Diode Range 
मल्टीमीटर को बीप / डायोड रेंज पे सेट करे 

Step -2

Put your Red Probe on Source and Black Probe on Drain.If their Multimeter showing value than its mean Mosfet is ok & It is a N-channel Type Mosfet.

रेड प्रोब को Source पर और ब्लैक प्रोब को drain पे टच करे | अगर मल्टीमीटर कोई वैल्यू शो करता करता है तो mosfet सही मन जाता है यह mosfet N-Channel होता है 

Step -3

Put your Black Probe on Source and Red Probe on Drain.If their Multimeter showing value than its mean Mosfet is ok & It is a P-channel Type Mosfet.

ब्लैक  प्रोब को Source पर और  रेड  प्रोब को Source पे टच करे | अगर मल्टीमीटर कोई वैल्यू शो करता करता है तो mosfet सही मन जाता है यह mosfet P-Channel होता है 

Step -4

Put your Black Probe on  Drain and Red Probe on Gate.If their Multimeter showing no value  than its mean Mosfet is ok 

ब्लैक प्रोब को drain और रेड प्रोब को गेट पर टच करने पर मल्टीमीटर कोई भी वैल्यू शो नहीं करता तो mosfet सही माना जाता है 

Step -5

Put your Black Probe on  Gate and Red Probe on Source .If their Multimeter showing no value  than its mean Mosfet is ok 

ब्लैक प्रोब को Gate  और रेड प्रोब को Source पर टच करने पर मल्टीमीटर कोई भी वैल्यू शो नहीं करता तो mosfet सही माना जाता है
